An included product is recorded at cost (visible here) but always billed $0 to this client, whichever key calls it.
Monthly limits on billed spend (UTC month). Pause stops the product at the gateway and flips it off in GET /v1/status, so the client's site hides it; it comes back automatically on the 1st, or now with “Resume this month”. Alert only records the 50/80/100% crossings. Changes apply within ~15s.

The client's app sends an alias as the model (e.g. "model": "ymee-ask", or /models/ymee-try-on:generateContent for Gemini). YMEE swaps in the model below and enforces its params, so models can change without a client release. The alias also sets which product the call is billed to.

One key per client and environment is enough: calls are attributed by model alias or the x-ymee-product header. Bind a key to a single product only if you want to revoke products separately.
